2020 Closing the Gap: Salary Negotiation Skills for Women

Did you know that on average, women must work through 2020 and into mid-April of 2021 to make the same amount of money that men earned in 2019 alone? Statistically, women of color would have to work even longer: Black women until August, Indigenous women until September, and Latina women until November of the following year.

Instead of hosting Closing the Gap in person, we are providing a throwback of one of our favortite editions from 2018. We look foward to hosting the live event again next year.
