I listen to career stories and dreams, and then work to make them a reality. My pursuit of writing and editing has set the stage for helping students construct their best narrative, turning aspirational ideas into viable plans. I have always followed the seasonal rhythm of a school year, and much of my work life has centered around supporting students' education and well-being.

As a licensed counselor, I have a background in clinical mental health with much of my experience in K-12 schools, working alongside school counselors and social workers. As an Assistant Director in the University Career Center, I serve as liaison between KU's School of Education & Human Sciences and School of Social Welfare.

In my spare time I enjoy falling asleep while reading, writing mostly poetry, and spending time with friends and family near a kitchen.
