The UCC offers students the opportunity to get professional headshots taken for free through our 'Photo Day' service.
The 'Photo Day' sessions are held throughout the academic semester. The schedule for 'Photo Day' sessions is typically released at the beginning of each academic semester (August during the Fall semester, January during the Spring semester). The 'Photo Day' sessions are being held on Mondays for the Spring 2024 semester.

Time
The Spring 2024 sessions will be held from 2:30PM to 4:30PM. The photo booth operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Location
The photo booth is located in the University Career Center in 206 Summerfield Hall. Please check in at the front desk.

When preparing for professional headshots, it's essential to choose an outfit that reflects a polished and business-appropriate image.
- Solid colors work best. Solid colors tend to photograph better than busy patterns, so keep this in mind when picking your outfit!
- Consider the background. Our backdrop is gray, so try to wear a color that contrasts well with gray.
You will receive an email from ucc@ku.edu to your KU email address with your photos attached!
We aim to get your headshots back to you within 7 business days. This time will vary depending on how busy each 'Photo Day' session is.
